I know I say this at the end of every month but……
Where did this month go?!!
It’s time for the obligatory ‘let’s see what I finished this month’ (or in my case ‘what I haven’t’) post!
Now that I have a blog, I’m not restricted to the 9 picture grid that you’ll probably be seeing all over your Instagram feeds today (don’t forget to checkout mine too)!
I’ve picked out a few of my favourites to showcase to you here on the blog!
Lets take a closer look at what I got up to in May 2017!
- I reached 4,000 followers over on Instagram
- Had a giveaway
And, of course, started a blog!
Ok, now for the crochet stuff!
I finally ticked off one #wip and even wrote a blog post about it! Geometric Heart Cushion
Had three c2c pieces on the go ( two of which have yet to be finished!)
Discovered a new favourite colourway (and possible blanket idea) using this Clamshell stitch pattern!
Crocheted some flowers!
Used an old ball of Cleckheaton Merino Light and Airy 8ply I had lying around and came up with these! (So much for that destash!)
Made a few of these Triple Puff Granny Squares
Added a few more rows to my liquorice allsorts blanket! (Click here for pattern)
Made a few more mandalas from my favourite crochet book: Modern Crochet Mandalas!
And finally, I discovered the talented Emilyandthe and made just a ‘few’ of her beautiful Rhiannon mandalas!
Semi productive month, I think? One finished project is always a win in my book! (‘The serial project starter’ by crafty cc)
What did you get up to this month? I would love to know!
